When you stop letting other people cause you problems, and give it to God he makes sure you have who you are suppose to have and takes away the ones not suppose to be in your life. ~ Jocilyn Hall
Since I’ve been sick many of my so called friends felt I didn’t have time for them anymore or I was shutting them out. Trust me, one does not enjoy being in the pain I was in. I cancelled many plans just because pain can be so unpredictable. I’ve had to mourn the loss of a few friendships but have also created new meaningful ones that might otherwise never come to be if I had not become ill. God works in mysterious ways. ~ Brett Howie
If someone can’t understand that you are in pain then they really aren’t friends. Friends are the people who you don’t see for years and one day one of you picks up the phone and you take up right where you left off. Those are the kinds of friends that we need. I hope you are feeling better. ~ Cindy Adelstein
It sounds like the friendships that you lost were not ‘true friends’. For if they were, they would have kept in touch with you, some how, some way. Focus on getting better and take good care of yourself. ~ Marilyn Carol
Anyone who comes into our lives will bring lessons, always bring lessons. Lessons are not always kind or gentle and sometimes we learn by the hardships and pains. ~ Karen Erdmann
I have let him go and if it is meant to be then it will be. There is someone out there that will truly want and love me. God will send Mr Right to me soon. ~ Mary Riegel
